On October 20, 2014 Big Red Sports Network officially announced its Athlete of the Week Honor. The BRSN team will be selecting one Cornell Athlete each week whose performance stood out among their peers both within the Cornell athletic community and the Ivy League.
RELEASE: ITHACA, NY- BRSN has named Senior Women’s Ice Hockey Forward Brianne Jenner the BRSN Player of the Week. The senior captain led the women’s hockey team with seven points on the weekend in wins against Clarkson and St. Lawrence. The two victories over top ECAC teams puts the Big Red in contention near the top of the conference.
